Housing Information

Information here have been transferred from the MyUT group page in tabular format. Multiple surveys are combined into a singular pdf, and values per complex are averaged and rounded to the nearest tenth. Management value is the average of questions #11-#13 (landlord accessibility, response, and maintenance response). I hope this helps in your search for housing!

Thanks fellow student Minal Tapadia for creating the Google map. "It has everything from restaurants to drugstores to gas stations to airports on it. I also marked the apartment complexes most people are considering. Hopefully it can help everyone, especially OOSers, get their bearings, and help you figure out how far certain complexes are from school, and what businesses are around each apartment complex.
